Two named regulatory partners cover the activity that has to be regulated — one in the UK under the FCA, one in Australia under ASIC. Specific scope is documented per mandate.
VFX Wealth’s named FCA-regulated partner for UK regulatory cover. Provides the regulated permissions framework under which UK-touching activity is conducted, with onboarding, client classification and product distribution routed accordingly.
VFX Wealth’s named ASIC-regulated liquidity provider. Supplies execution liquidity for the VFX Strategy and group trading activity from an Australian regulatory base, with daily venue and counterparty oversight.
Each partner is contracted for a specific role inside the VFX Wealth platform. Logos and detailed partner write-ups will be loaded once branding has been signed off; the structure below is final.

ASIC-regulated liquidity provider supplying execution liquidity for the VFX Strategy and group trading activity.
The parent group. VFX Wealth is the advisory arm of Vortex FX Ltd, the trading entity from which the VFX Strategy mandate originates.
Administrator of the FCMA Corporate Investment Vehicle used for the Fixed mandate. Handles SPV documentation, distributions and partner attestation.
VFX Wealth’s OTC marketplace for main-market IPOs and Pre-IPO allocations, supporting the Private Equity mandate.
Execution-broker partner for selected mandates. Routes trade execution and provides custody capability where appropriate.
Independent risk-management advisory. Provides the risk-control framework, exposure monitoring and stress-test programme used across the group.
Private banking partner. Provides dedicated client IBANs and underlying banking services for VFX Wealth client accounts — the named-account layer that sits beneath the platform.
